Welcome to Heritage, Accountability, Liberty, Order (HALO). HALO is a faith-driven 501(c)(4) movement rooted in Hawaiʻi and Nevada. We exist to raise up principled Christian leaders who will serve with integrity, defend First Amendment freedoms, and strengthen families and communities. Through grassroots engagement, training, and advocacy, we’re building a new generation of leaders who govern with courage, accountability, and the spirit of HALO, anchored in timeless American values.

Hawai’i is hurting. Our families and communities are paying the price.

Fatherlessness: Over 40% of children in Hawai’i grow up without their biological father at home, a reality that fuels cycles of poverty, crime, and brokenness.

Homelessness: Our islands have the highest per-capita homelessness rate in the nation, with families and children among the fastest-growing groups.

Single Mothers: Nearly 1 in 3 households are led by single mothers struggling to make ends meet without strong community support.

Education Crisis: Hawai’i schools face chronic teacher shortages, with nearly half of new teachers leaving within 5 years because of the high cost of living.

Biblical Values Fading: Church attendance and Christian identity have declined sharply, leaving fewer faith-anchored voices in public life.

Crime Rising: Hawai’i’s violent and property crime rates remain above the national average, impacting families and businesses alike.

These challenges are not just statistics, they represent real people, families, and communities who need leadership rooted in faith and integrity. That’s why HALO exists.

Mission, Vision, and Purpose

Mission Statement: ALOHA is committed to identifying and empowering candidates for local and state offices in Hawaii who embody traditional Christian values. We select from any party based on direct grassroots outreach, alignment with liberty, order, and heritage informed by Christian principles, and understanding of First Amendment rights. We provide recruitment, training, and support to help them win elections and govern effectively, advocating for policies that safeguard freedoms and strengthen societal foundations.
Vision Statement: We envision a Hawaii—and eventually a nation—where leaders anchored in liberty, order, and heritage guide public policy, ensuring communities thrive under First Amendment protections. Through dedicated grassroots engagement, these leaders will build trust with voters, restore Christian values, and create a unified, accountable society that honors America’s enduring principles while embracing Hawaii’s aloha spirit.
Purpose: As a 501(c)(4), ALOHA advances social welfare by fostering principled Christian leadership. We educate on constitutional issues through a faith lens, host community events, and build networks to counter policies eroding traditional values, all while complying with IRS limits on political activity.
